I honestly have nothing but good things to say about Becky and the work she does. She was recommended to us by locals who know Waco, TX like the back of their hand. When we first reached out to Becky, she was more than helpful to both my wife and me as we were purchasing our first home together. She worked perfectly at our pace, kept us informed at each and every turn, and gave us professional advise on a number of matters. When we finally made a decision to put an offer on a home, Becky guided us through a very competitive market and assisted us with a few negotiations to get the best deal possible. Becky also has an incredible network of connections that made our entire process of purchasing a home that much easier. She is remarkably kind, extremely patient, and very respectful. She worked hard to find us exactly what we needed and helped save us money. We essentially came into the home buying process knowing little to nothing, and Becky made us feel comfortable and taught us much along the way. I'm incredibly thankful for Becky, and I'll be recommending her to everyone looking to buy a home.

Not only was Becky a help to us, but did many things for the buyers to get 2 houses I just sold closed. She is professional, hard working, and always has time for any concerns we had. Any problems that arose, she corrected with us doing very little. She is a WONDERFUL realtor and would and do recommend her every chance I get. I plan on using her again in the future!

In a word, Becky was fantastic. We had a long, challenging, frustrating, and stressful sale process involving an uncooperative reverse mortgage company. Becky stayed on top of everything. She helped me through every step. There are scores of real estate agents in the area. I know one who is more than an agent, she is an advocate. Becky has gone way above the call of duty to help me sell my 49 acres of land. The buyer wanted several things done before close and Becky has helped me to make sure everything has been taken care of. This land has been in my family over a 100 yrs. and it's very emotional for me to sell, but Becky has been with me every step of the way and understands what I'm going through with compassion and kindness. She was helpful in introducing us to a Mortgage Broker who helped us with the financing and completing the home purchase. .

Becky was absolutely wonderful and a pleasure to work with. Without her negotiation skills Im not sure we could have worked out an agreement with the seller of the property we recently purchased. She understood concerns from both parties and was able to buffer the agreement between us until both sides were satisfied.
